• Onsite Client Manager Upload’s new Quotes and Purchase Order in system called Salesforce.
• I prepare daily reports, pull the new Quotes and Purchase Order from Salesforce and assign it to the employees. 
• Creating Quote in Direct, adding manufacturing parts, prices, matching with the Vendor quote.
• If any discrepancies in Vendor quote, I discuss it with the Client Manager. 
• Converting the Quote into Purchase Order and posting it to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• I book the Sale Order in SAP, check all the details as per the Purchase Order and attach all the required documents while booking the Sales Order.
• Once the Order is booked we receive the Sale Order Number.
•  I send an email to the Client Manager, with all the details like Quote Number, Purchase Order Number, Confirmation Number and Sale Order Number.
• I confirm the Client Manager the Order has been booked successfully.
