My Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer from Padre Conceicao College of Engineering and Diploma degree from Government Polytechnic Curchorem, with experience as design and development engineer, has prepared me to be a successful mechanical design engineer and perfect fit for your team. 

In my last position for Goa Sintered Products, I developed over 8 new tools from scratch to support my company objectives and growth. Likewise, I assisted in modification of existing tools, improvisation of the current processes, generating process sheet and implementation of new systems.

I honed my drafting skills, multitasking and computer abilities in my previous role, providing a solid foundation for the job position. Design and Development Engineer - Goa Sintered Products Pvt. Ltd. - (12/2021 – present)

• Coordinating with the customer to evaluate requirements and analyze design specs for optimum manufacturability, material selection and tool utilization, which led to an increase in efficiency by 10%.

• Conducting research into the design, feasibility and operations economically viable for the development of the part. 

• Assigning appropriate material based on the mechanical properties required by the customer. 

• Generating blueprints and schematics in 2D and 3D for tool. 

• Designing process sheet for optimum and smooth operation of production.
