Shouray Khatri

I am a lawyer by profession with BBA LLB (H) degree from Amity University, Noida. I specialized in Competition Law and have a keen interest in Contractual Law, Legal Compliance and Mergers and Acquisitions. My strong communication skills, diligent attitude and people skills will bring value to your team. If paired with the right team, I believe I am capable of doing extremely well.

I worked at Technip Energies for one (1) year post graduating from Amity Law School, Noida in the Non-Disclosure Agreements team. My duties included vetting non-disclosure agreements received from vendors, subcontractors and clients, drafting and managing non-disclosure agreements for all affiliate and subsidiary companies under the Technip Energies umbrella. I am also trained in Compliance.

I have a BBA LLB(H) degree from Amity University, Noida. My specialisation is in Competition Law. 

I completed my schooling from Frank Anthony Public School (ICSE Board of Education) and was the Vice Head Boy of the year 2018.
