▪ Managing 3 globally based client projects. Coordination with vendor team as well as customer(24*7).

▪ Experience Malware analysis and investigation on Phishing/Spam Emails Root cause Analysis on Malware threats. Managing endpoint device security solutions like:-Office 365(DLP) , IBM Qradar SIEM, Service Now (Incident Mgmt. tool). Working on blocking of suspicious type URL’s, IP’s, domain’s and monitors the endpoint to access the outer domain of organization network.
▪ Preparing the reports Daily ,weekly and monthly wise according to the client requirement & then submit to the L2 for fine tune the alerts which are not necessary for our process.
▪ Understanding and exceeding all tasked SLA commitments. Track and report on closure of tickets per SLAs
▪ Assist in performing Audits
