• Take care of overall and End to End Supply chain operations including Material transaction flow. Domestics and International logistics procurement, inventory management (receipts & issues), store operations, scrap disposal & MIS. 
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage as per ISO standard procedure and dispatch of goods on time as per commitment. 
• Drive zero tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure that customer deliverables are met fully. 
• Handle direct purchase activities for standard and custom-made items 
• Maintain minimum inventory system for consumable & spares parts; generate all related MIS documents / reports on shelf-life / slow moving / capital equipment materials, after updating all indents. 
• Maintain stock level through rejecting materials identified as non-conforming and identify a course of action for disposition of the disclosed ones. 
• Maintain materials storage preservation and location traceability to easy operation of inward/outward by FIFO Method. 
• Coordinate with drivers and transporters to ensure proper vehicles are placed and shipments are delivered in sound and safe condition. In charge of the day-to-day operations of the transport department. 
• Regular Follow up for LR’s and PODs from Transporter and leased vehicles. 
• Processing the expense reports & invoices reflecting proper adherence to center budget. 
• Implementing SOP within the warehouse and providing training to team member adhering the process and procedures.
• Taking steps to ensure the personal safety and safe working environment for staffs. 
• Conferring with supervisors to determine progress of work and completion status.
• Monitoring the SOP/SLA & KPI/CSAT and Assess the target that customer’s needs in order cultivate productive relationships and maintain top satisfaction levels.
