I am experienced nutritionist working with clients to assist them in improving their quality of life, for both physical and emotional well being. I am a qualified Nutritionist/Dietitian & Certified Sports Nutritionist. 

I hold a Master’s degree in dietetic and foodservice management, with a working experience of 5 years +.

Even holds a Diploma in sports nutrition from the Medvarsity apollo group. & Bsc hon’s Home science from College of Community science - PJTSAU

I believe that knowledge is wealth and always keeps updating herself doing Nutrition-related courses.

I have been awarded YOUNG NUTRIPRENEUR by the RND Sadhana awards 2020 & Hybiztv Women leadership award 2022

3. AltHeal – An Integrative Health & wellness program of team of ayurvedic doctor, nutritionist and fitness trainer. I lead the nutrition department and corporate wellness program along side building software to auto nutrient calculation with designation of Sr. Nutritionist cum Business developer
4. Anu’s Salad – Sr. Nutritionist, helps them to healthy delicious menu plans and diet consultation to subscribers cum Business developer
