(Automation anywhere) • Performing L1 and L2 tasks on Jobs in Mainframe as per User request • Performing NON-IPL activity in Mainframe. • Handling Dell EMC vendor coordination for replacement part at Data center. • Handling failed, wait and long running task in QlikView which are related to business reporting. • Performing SAP R3S activity in Jenkins and ALM. • Performing L1 and L2 tasks on Jobs in Control-M as per User request. • Handle month end and year end activities. • Knowledge of ETL tools DAC 11g Administrator and PowerCenter Workflow monitor – monitoring,DAC load • Load failure restart and long running escalation with analysis. • Hourly monitoring of new bots in the Go-Live phase • Enable or disable SiteScope monitoring for bots as and when required. • Handling the known errors and performing initial troubling shooting on the unknown errors and reporting the same to the development team. • Weekly restart activities on Virtual Pointing devices. • Prepare SOP documents for transitions and stakeholder connects with monthly data. • Doing Shift lead role
