Working as Technical Lead for a Group of engineers where I am helping with their Technical readiness and complex problem solving. Taking care of technical training and SME triages for new hires as well. Involvement for Content Preparation & Technical Documentation for readiness of worldwide Microsoft Employees.
As a Tier 3 engineer taking care of escalated cased on Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams in required service issue to troubleshot as resolved which I was doing in previous role as support engineer. Working on deep analysis of application/service logs to identify and fix the root causes of issues.
