As an HR Generalist at Business2sell Group, I successfully managed the end-to-end talent acquisition process, showcasing my expertise in job posting, candidate evaluation, and negotiating job offers. Furthermore, I spearheaded performance management initiatives, working closely with department heads to set goals, conduct evaluations, and devise development plans. By effectively collaborating with stakeholders, I developed Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and drive performance.

During my tenure as a coordinator at Iprocess Services, I ensured a seamless recruitment process by overseeing job postings, candidate evaluation, and job offer negotiations. Additionally, I maintained accurate employee records and managed the HRMS to ensure data integrity. 

Acting as a SPOC for addressing HR inquiries along with responsible for drafting official letters. Furthermore, I played a vital role in tracking headcount across Pan India, raising requisitions as per business needs, and providing timely attrition reports to facilitate decision making. additionally, I had the privilege of becoming the SME for the newly launched HRMS system ZING HR, wherein I prepared user manuals and provided on-site training to managers in the Delhi region, addressing their queries and concerns.

My tenure at Eccellente Services Pvt. Ltd helped me  gained valuable insights into the Localization industry. As part of my role, I was responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for project coordinators, linguists, and external vendors. I served as the liaison between the company, linguists, and vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the localization projects. I took full ownership of the projects from start to finish, ensuring their successful delivery and maintaining regular communication with clients.

I also provided supervision, guidance, and mentorship to project coordinators, assigning tasks based on team members' areas of expertise. I also maintained open lines of communication with the Localization Manager, providing timely updates on project progress. 

My stint as a Recruitment Specialist at Facio Consulting Pvt. Ltd, provided me insights into end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. I successfully coordinated job fairs and walk-ins, expanding the candidate pool, and was actively engaged with employees and managers to promote quality referrals.

The program covered a wide range of essential topics including talent acquisition and retention, employee development and training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, organizational behavior, and strategic HR planning.
