Job Responsibility
 To handle all purchase and procurement activities for the company, source materials from the
best possible vendors at optimum prices.
 Ensure smooth and timely supply of materials as per quality standards by determining lead time
of materials.
 Get approved BOM from the production and verified, if incomplete send it to concern
department.
 If BOM complete check the inventory level of the same in the stores.
 Select the supplier with good performance rating and self-certified vendor. Send an enquiry to
the supplier and request for quotation.
 Follow-up for the quotation from the vendor. Preparing comparison of vendor’s quotation for
items negotiate on commercial basis and then finalize the items.
 As per approved Bill of material, prepare the Purchase order, feed in the data in the purchase
order.
 Follow-up on the daily basis for the pending orders and date of delivery identify the issues in
case of later delivery of material. Find out the alternative vendors and take corrective measures.
 Follow up for material manufacturing TC & send it to QC department for verification. If material
is accepted prepare the GRN from stores, if material is not acceptable ask the vendor to replace
or repair on the same.
 Price negotiation for all raw material, hardware items, tools, harness item, measuring
instruments & procure from the vendors.
 Maintained all purchase related records as per ISO requirement.
 Basic documentation related to Store cum QC department.
 Chasing with stores and maintaining records of orders/requisitions executed.
 Developing new vendors & buyer relationship.
 Co-ordination with QC dept., Stores Dept., & suppliers for manufacturing & quality clearance.
 Co-ordination with accounts department for supplier’s payment.
 Send Vendor registration form to new vendor and get full details of vendors.
 Actual costing of all executed orders.
Sales Coordinator:
 Works for Costing of customize Battery Chargers.
 Quotation & sales follow up with customers for orders
 Assisting to ISO Marketing Representative (MR).
Others:
 Handling monthly petti cash.
 Arranging transport to dispatch the material, negotiate transport charges.
 Making a transport charges list of each consignment for future dispatch reference.
 Handing all loading and unloading charges given to Mathadi (Hamal).
