Being a self-motivated, believes in hard works, accountability and determination. Working in different sectors, NGO, EBOs & MBOs form 2008, successfully in building and motivating team and company culture where team can bring growth of the company and their dreams.

I have beginning of basic platform of strong sales management, financial process improvement, and project management skills. I am now seeking the opportunity to utilize my experience in developing strategic relationships with your company. I possess a consistent history of leadership and strong moral and ethical code. 

I have an experience and skill of Business Management (Retails) and Program Management (NGO) since 8 years +. Able to use a creative approach to problem solving, dependable person who is great at time management. I have also experience of Teaching in Diploma Bible School and leadership Programs.

I am flexible in my working hours, I am honest and trustworthy when I am counting accounts/audit with score of B+ (85% above). I responded to unexpected events with speed and professionalism to ensure a positive outcome for our customers + company. I supported junior team members to help them achieve their longer-term career goals by organized the staff functions with result of great success who got promoted successfully.

I was nominated for an industry awards for following the works and achievements (recently Award received on Feb-2023). Also I did on improving the customer experience, business development and environment of work progress as result closing business L2L FY increased.
