I have worked in the Consumer Modeling and Development Center at Wells Fargo for the past two years, focusing on consumer banking projects. My work has entailed acquiring an in-depth understanding of business processes, learning new machine learning (ML) modeling techniques, and developing comprehensive plans for solution implementation. I have contributed to several key projects, including branch network optimization with location-based deposit growth prediction, primary customer identification, streamlining the model deployment process, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Path to Production, web scraping data from internal sites for efficient employee report generation, transaction count prediction, refinance loan application queue optimization based on the underwriting process flow, speaker diarization involving speech analysis, and customer complaint classification utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) extensively. Over these two years, I have applied ML extensively across nearly every project and explored several deep-learning use cases. Currently, Wells Fargo is developing its Generative AI capabilities, and I am eager to work on Generative AI projects soon.

I hold a master's degree in Data Science from IIT Bombay, where I delved deeply into several advanced topics, including Deep Learning with NLP, Game Theory, Probability and Statistics, Machine Learning, and Advanced Machine Learning. This rigorous curriculum equipped me with a solid foundation in both theoretical and applied aspects of artificial intelligence and data science. My coursework was designed to cultivate expertise in cutting-edge machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and mathematical models, allowing me to approach complex problems with a strong analytical mindset and deliver impactful solutions in the field. This academic journey significantly enriched my knowledge base and enhanced my ability to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and data science.
