I have completed my master’s degree in business management from JBIMS (Mumbai University) and have a work experience of more than 6 years in IT company as a Director under the mentorship of Ramesh Jain. At Torero Softwares Ltd she is closely managing various tasks in company like Customer Support, Marketing, HR, etc. While closely working in this industry with Distributors and Retailers of Healthcare and FMCG sector across India she found a gap between the retailers, distributors, manufacturer and their software providers on various aspects like policy base business which big corporate firms are doing, inadequate analysis of their data, lack of consumer relationship management, inadequate communication tools connecting entire chain of manufacturer, distributor, retailer and consumer, not knowing current position of their business on real time basis, paperless retail business, etc .
