• Increase/Stable in % CvD sprint on Sprint.
• Reduce data quality issues by 50% compared to last year.
• Elimination of 4000 Hours in Manual effort for the 2020 baseline
• Increase in % of accomplished business value for entire program
• Increase in NPS trend, no of surveys received.
• Total of 20-25 Program level impediments resolved in 2022.
• 7 A3 cards closed in 2022(Lean management cycle).
• Work on outliers(Process predictability , take corrective and preventive actions)
• Decrease in Defect escape rate Sprint on Sprint 
• Tracking capacity consumption trend for Business scope stories, KT, technical investment, bugs
• Maintain test environment and test availability by more than 95%

• Facilitate Pre PI planning, X squad alignment calls, technical alignment calls, technical impediment calls, Program level impediment calls, team building calls.
• Program increment planning which includes extensive detailed preparation regarding organisational readiness, content readiness and facility readiness.
• Facilitate PI planning event including acting as master of ceremonies, managing the time boxing agenda, coordinating key reviews and decisions and ensure results of planning are recorded.
• Coach and Train BA, Scrum masters  and development team on various Agile related topics
• Escalate track and work towards resolution of  impediments
• Help identify and manage risks and dependencies with teams inside and outside of train.
• Responsible for driving Steering committee calls.
