• Handle 6-8 vessel at any point of time.
•  Handle claims in coordination with legal/P&I lawyers
• Preparing account receivable/ account payable report with Owners/charterers/shippers/receivers.
• Responsible for day-to-day vessel Operations.
• To send voyage instructions as per the trade requirement to Vessel/ Owners.
• Check Stow plan received from the vessel including if any load line zone restrictions or draft restriction at LP/DP.
• To check all shipping documents
• To send ETA Notices, checking & verifying of loading / discharging / bunkering operations, follow ups with shippers/Receivers /Owners & other concerned parties related to the fixture.
• To appoint agents / weather routing services / order bunkers / appointing surveyors
• To prepare and send Hire SOA, Frieght Invoice & make 3rd party payments.
• Check and verify the daily vessel reports which includes arrival, departure, noon report, daily anchorage report and voyage performance report.
• Prepare LOI when needed.
• Prepare Laytime calculations for all vessels.
• Preparation and maintenance of Profit and loss account of all vessels

Position – Operation Manager

• Handle 7-10 vessel at any point of time.
• Handling P&I and FD&D claims, liaise with P&I club, lawyers (legal files) and working on amicable settlement with the plaintiff.
• Responsible for day-to-day vessel Operations.
• To send voyage instructions as per the trade requirement to Vessel/ Owners.
• Check Stow plan received from the vessel including if any load line zone restrictions or draft restriction at LP/DP.
• Procure bunker for the voyage
• To send ETA Notices, checking & verifying of loading / discharging / bunkering operations, follow ups with Chrtrs/Owners & other concerned parties related to the details required for the fixture.
• Appointing LP/DP agents, weather routing, bunker surveyor.
• To prepare and send Hire SOA, Frieght Invoice & make 3rd party payments.
• Check and verify the daily vessel reports which includes arrival, departure, noon report, daily anchorage report and voyage performance report.
• To Check & Verify Bunker duty, Freight Tax for Coastal voyages.
• To prepare Freight Revision, Laytime, Final Freight Invoice & Final Hire SOA.
• Prepare LOI when needed.
• Preparation and maintenance of Profit and loss account of all FF vessels
• Update IMOS.
