Alongside my core domain expertise, I am a Certified Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, and PMP-certified professional, with proven success in driving Agile delivery, process optimization, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across large-scale financial operations.

I’m a certified Scrum Master with around 19 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, having worked with Wells Fargo and HSBC in various leadership and transformation roles.

During my tenure with Wells Fargo, I led a 34-member cross-functional team in the Wealth and Investment Management domain and played a key role as Scrum Master.
I facilitated all Scrum ceremonies, coached the team on Agile principles, and helped automate routing for over 700 client forms across five Lines of Business, which improved turnaround time by 40% and ensured 100% audit traceability for a BPM workflow automation project

Prior to that, I spent 16 years with HSBC, leading teams in KYC operations and client lifecycle management, where I introduced Agile-style of huddles and dashboards that improved SLA adherence and transparency.
