Seasoned ERP Project Manager with 20 + years’ experience leading full-lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts across manufacturing, distribution, services, and finance functions. Expert at delivering multi-module projects (finance, SCM, manufacturing, HR, CRM) on time and within budget while driving business process standardization, integrations and user adoption

  • Lead end-to-end ERP programs: project initiation, scope definition, planning, resource management, execution, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper care.
  • Own data migration strategy and execution: profiling, cleansing, trial migrations, and final reconciliation.
  • Develop and execute change management and training programs; measure adoption and user competency.
  • Delivered more than 300 ERP rollouts across the GCC and India throughout the 20+ years of ERP experience.

 

Education

Completed a master's degree in Computer Science during the period 2001-2004

Completed Bachelor's degree in Commerce & Finance during the period 1996-2001
