The role involves using the ekincare CRM to track appointments, follow-ups, and wellness activities, while generating regular operational and health check-up reports. The position includes coordinating with HR teams, hospitals, and clinics to schedule and execute health checkups smoothly. It also requires supporting day-to-day operations, resolving on-ground issues, assisting patients, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive experience. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to service quality standards, participates in audits and training, and maintains proper documentation and hygiene across centers.
