Professional Experience: Total Work Experience of 3+ years in Centralized Monitoring, working as Senior Lab Centralized Project Coordinator at IQVIA. Experience with GCP and the drug development process. Proven ability to adapt and excel in matrix team environments.

Performing the following responsibilities in Lab Centralized Monitoring: 

• Managing multiple studies with different therapeutic area as a point of contact for query resolution, study close out monitoring, database lock and data discrepancy managements. 

• Coordinated with different functions including clinical team and investigational sites for data reconciliation and for solving discrepancies. 

• Managing day to day activities for assigned projects, including patient specimen management receipt and pending lab analyses. 

• Execute and share the weekly status report with sponsor to track the study progress 

• Liaising with internal departments to confirm if process occurring according to schedule.

 • Conduct safety report not printed monitoring, queue monitoring, overdue sample shipment monitoring, internal pending test monitoring, monthly monitoring and reporting to Project Management team on day-today basis.

 • Close out phase monitoring- Resolve all outstanding issues, send close out memo to the sites and close out checklist preparation. 

• Have extensively worked on discrepancy management on QLIMS.

I have completed Bachelors of Pharmacy from Bombay College of Pharmacy (Mumbai University)
