PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER :

Visit all wards on daily basis.

·Check all facilities are in proper place.

·Speak to patient attenders. Any grievances from the patients are recorded.

·Complaints from the suggestion box are retrieved once in a week, analyzed & reported to PRM.

·Briefing & Conducting Counseling of Patient attenders.

·Reporting any untoward incidents/complaints/grievances to PRM.

·Attending complaints from patients/visitors.

·The responsibilities of PR specialist in such field includes, Writing and distributing news release, feature articles to the press.

·Compiling press list, wetting of newsletters, handing and maintain a media information service,

·Public relation department is responsible for community relations, hospital publications.

·Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.

·Keep in touch with liaison with community, donors and local partners.

·Attending counselling at Intensive care between consultants & patient attenders.

·Explains the patient/attendant about the ward type & ward tariff.

·Explains the patient/attendant about the total approximate cost for treatment & services

·Explains advance policy of the hospital.
