• Work with Agile transformation Coaches and support the agile transition journey

• Custodian for the Agile processes and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended
• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, quarterly release planning activities
• Arranging daily stand-up meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
• Encouraging the Scrum Team to improve, within the Scrum process framework, its development process and practices to make it more effective and enjoyable for the next Sprint
• Actively moderating Sprint Retrospective
• Removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
• Collaboratively supporting PO to build product backlog, prioritize the backlog based on value delivery
• Experience in working with agile lifecycle and/or tracking and process management tools, e.g. JIRA
• Creating transparency in processes and resolving conflicts
• Understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization eg, TDD
• Reporting out of JIRA for various sprint/burndown or release burndown charts
