  • Execute roadmap planning and release management, resulting in the seamless execution of 25+ releases, features, and third-party integrations over 2 years.

  • Track and monitor Product metrics and KPIs including MRR, CAC, Churn rate, CLTV, Features adoption rate, NPS, ARPU, and TTM to drive data-informed decision-making to achieve business goals.
  • Implemented a Nano Products Strategy, launching smaller features as freemium products to facilitate conversion towards a Product-Led Growth (PLG) based subscription model.  
  • Handled spends of approximately $50 million across channels annually on the platform
  • Key point of contact for Customer Success and Sales teams for training on upcoming features, understanding Use Cases and devising Upselling/ Cross-selling strategies on the platform.
  • Demand generation by displaying Thought leadership through numerous blogs, use cases and Articles around ReBid

2. Strategic Partnerships at Collectcent Digital Media (Bangalore, Aug 2018 — Nov 2020)

  •  Powering partnerships and empowering business by managing RTB/ Programmatic accounts, driving media strategy planning and identifying business opportunities.
