• Co-ordinating with the external auditors and make necessary reports.
• Posting of daily sales data from HHT to ERP, fixing discounts and defining promotions in point of sales module as per the sales department’s requirement and transfer of inventory data from ERP to HHT & Transfer of product request data from HHT to ERP
• Preparation of Tender documents for various Ministry Tenders.
• Racing Material Request & Requesting Quotation from Suppliers.
• Placing orders based on reorder level after considering stock movement
• Checking & processing of all Credit Sales, Cash Sales, (include domestic & exports) Tax Credit Notes, Goods Returns Vouchers, Van Stock, Replacements & Damage Quantity. 
• Monthly physical inventory verification.
• Scrutiny of Ledger control accounts & subsidiaries.
• Verification of Cash book & Ledgers both manual & computerized.
• Preparation of Schedules for the Financial Statements.
• Assisting in Concurrent, Quarterly & Annual Audits of commercial bank.
• Preparation of the audited P&L a/c, & Balance sheet.
• Submission of Individual returns & Tax returns for various entities with disparate nature.
