L1 & L2 support for data application. 
Daily Monitoring the jobs and solving the issue related jobs. 
Checking health status of Server status, , Database services, Job status, to check and handle user service request and incidents, resolving queries related issue and issues based on ticketing system, good knowledge about ITIL management, change management, incident management. 
I have knowledge about Linux, SQL, ITIL process, and basic of PL/SQL.
Responsible for log analysis and follow SLA .
Email monitoring and Monitoring Applications.
Using Control -M tool for scheduling the job.
