About Soumen Sinhababu:

I have a student teaching experience of more than twenty-three years at the IB, CBSE, IGCSE and ICSE levels in highly reputed schools across India. At present, I am working with (as Vice Principal and senior teacher for IBDP Economics & TOK and CAS Coordinator) Jayshree Periwal International School, Jaipur. I have experience of working as CAS Coordinator, Resident House Master, Head of Department, In-charge of School Activities, House master, etc. and have been involved in a variety of activities in schools I have worked in.

I am an IB trained Economics (Category 1 and 2) & TOK teacher, trained CAS coordinator (category 3) and an IB examiner (Economics HL -Paper 3) and have been teaching IB Economics for more than fifteen years. I am, also, a Programme Leader for Cambridge Professional Development Qualification (PDQ) for Teaching and Learning. I have also been a facilitator for Economics in the Jobs Alike Sessions in SAIBSA (South Asian International Baccalaureate Schools Association) workshops for teachers.
