Experience

I am working legal maritime claims as a Specialist in CMA CGM PVT LTD. My work role  involves scrutinising the claim file from the initial stage by requesting for documents from the customers and our stakeholders, analysing the details of the subject shipment; and negotiating and settling the file with the customer. In addition, serving and recovering the losses from the liable third party. Apart from primary scope of work, I have also trained, mentored (junior roles) and audited files which adds efficiency in our team.

I have completed my bachelors degree in Engineering and currently pursuing law
