Tax and Treasury Transformation

Sourabh brings deep expertise in Tax and Treasury technology transformation, currently leading the Tax and Treasury streams at BCG. In this role, he oversees enterprise platforms including Equus PinPoint for mobility tax, Diligent Entity Management for legal entity governance, and Corptax for corporate tax compliance to drive the tax compliances through the CoE. He also plays a key role in supporting Treasury through the end-to-end SAP–Fides transformation program.

Prior to BCG, Sourabh worked as a Senior Manager with EY’s Tax Technology and Transformation service line, where he specialized in conceptualizing and productizing digital platforms for tax compliance and large-scale business process transformation. He led the development of a market-leading GST compliance product in India and made significant contributions across initiatives including Vendor Management Systems, EXIM solutions, Business Ecosystem Evaluation, Central Tax Compliance Monitoring, and advanced Business Analytics.
