I hold the MBA degree. After completing my MBA, I worked as Sr.HR executive at Sapala Organics Pvt. Ltd. and Dy. Manager (HR/IR/Admin) at MW and as Assistant Consultant in TCS. I have work experience as HRBP and HR Generalist of approx 14 Years. Throughout my career I have helped company to recruiting more than 900 employees. I have also been the part of the payroll processing, pf, esi, induction, event organization committee, restructuring, grievance handling, organization development, accreditation, tie up with new vendors etc.
