I am a knowledgeable teaching professional and administrator in the field of education working as education assistant and Coordinator with 20+ years of experience in educating school students in Math across middle school to senior secondary (grades 6 - 12) with curriculum focus on IGCSE, ICSE, MYP and  Diploma Program. 

As a leader, I guide students and teachers in reaching out to their optimum potential, while identifying the individual strengths and working with them one on one. I also interact with families to narrow down their aspirations and match them with student potentials. I track student progress and inform teachers on the potential of a data driven approach. I being a member of Pedagogical Leadership Team (PLT/SLT) voiced and acted as a bridge for all the stakeholders.

As a dedicated educationalist, I strive to be prepared academically in order to meet all the challenges and requirements in the methodology of teaching so that the input may be useful for the student community at large. I have been instrumental in providing effective beneficial influence in building up the personality of students actively with extra-curricular activities of student relevance or interest. My core competencies lie in identifying the educational needs of students and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. Over my career span, I have developed excellent teaching strategies - Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation while learning or teaching new topics. I am passionate about mentoring the students in their academic careers.

Currently I am associated with Sreenidhi International School, as a DP Coordinator and Math faculty for AI HL/AA SL, wherein I am responsible for teaching DP Math courses to IB curriculum school students and on new age basic concepts and applying variety of instructional techniques, including hands-on curriculum, all of which have been detailed in my accompanying resume.

With a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Maths, Physics and Computers, I am passionate about my subject, and am confident that I can add immense value by imparting the knowledge that I bring along with me.
