I am a Yoga teacher trained from Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama, Rishikesh Himalayas. I live in Kerala. Himalayan yoga tradition is one of the ancient and scientific yoga tradition which helps us to combine body - mind organisms in harmony and to take smooth spiritual journey. I have learnt yoga through Guru disciple relationship method from ashram. I am also a Yoga Alliance International and Ministry of Ayush certified teacher. Doing service to ashram and master, working there and did research in yoga along with my personal practices, travelled to inner Himalayas met the sages and visited spiritually energetic places.
Stress relieving practices, food diet, yoga therapy, breathing practices, deep relaxation, guided meditation, scriptural discussions, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, spiritual mentoring are some of the areas which we cover in the yoga class with the support of theoretical aspect of yogic science. 
So far I have completed 400 hours teaching in 4 plus years. I don't like to convert this beautiful yogic science into a business and I am bad in business. Yoga is my passion more than a profession, and I would like to share what I have practiced and experienced so far. 
Different streams of yoga are also taught if a student is really interested and disciplined.
