Assistant Consultant - Tata Consultancy Services, Bangalore (April 2021- Present)
Project: Citroen Smart Car 
Component owner leading a team of 3 members for the Design and development of front and rear suspension systems for Peugeot multiple programs for the global market. 
Responsible for the Magic Comfort Suspension for Peugeot's Smart car project, which achieved best-in-class ride and handling attributes.
Defined Chassis architecture by evaluating overall suspension hard points, K&C performance, ride heights, wheel travels, tire envelopes, and vehicle stance to meet architecture and performance targets.
Designed coil springs, anti-roll bars, MacPherson struts, bushes, top mounts, and lower ball joints to ensure compliance with Ride and Handing performance requirements, and customer specifications. 
Technical Lead - Tech Mahindra, Bangalore (December 2018- April 2021)
Project: Honda Quadricycle and Aston Martin 
Designed suspension and steering parts using NX 11.0 software for Aston Martin vehicles.
Designed Front suspension (double wishbone) and Rear suspension (trailing arm) for the compact vehicle segment.
Provided design recommendations based on CAE results and experience optimizing structural components.
Released RFQ, reviewed supplier proposals, provided technical sign-offs, finalized engineering drawings, and kicked off tooling.

Design of Suspension components like Bump Stopper, Leaf Spring, Suspension brackets and Shock absorber for Light duty trucks (Electric and Diesel)
Calculation of Shackle angle for various types of leaf springs using spring design manual.
Onsite technical Support for Suspension system design at Mitsubishi Fuso Trucks and Bus Corporation, Japan for five months.

Projects Handled: Monocoque chassis segment (Passenger vehicles)
Design and development of H-Arm Integral link type independent Rear suspension to improve the castor compliance and Ride performance.
Designed new cross member with optimized weight and cost. Achieved weight saving of 15 % in cross member.
Improvement in ride and handling of SUV vehicle by changes in spring stiffness, Stabilizer bar and Shock absorber damping force. FI rating improved from 6.8 to 8.2 for ride and handling.
