• Lifts, Fire Alarms, CCTV’s, RO, DG sets, fire extinguisher, UPS ,and other AMC’s .
• Building Civil works and other office maintenance works,
• Travel arrangements, ( Ground & Air ) and hotels booking pan India. 
• Local govt Liaising works ( Police , GHMC,HMDA,TSSPDCL,HMWSSB and Labor dept )
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews,  orientations, and training sessions.
• Office Asset Management across Multiple Locations
• Managing reimbursements, travel process, employee engagement & welfare activities,
• Petty cash maintenance & local purchase.
• Coordinating & managing office landlords, vendors, suppliers, electrical/water board & related authorities.
• Employees Cab’s roster preparation and operation monitoring.
• Employees transport arrangements and Cab’s Inspection and Drivers data checking.
• Front office monitoring and checking all activities.
• Handle requests & queries appropriately.
• Liaising with Labor Department and other Govt works,
• Mail room Couriers in ward outward operations,
• New Joined employee’s admin requirements formalities.
• Night shift female employees last drops Escorts providing and monitoring.
• TATA, Airtel Bills payment and lease line monitoring,
• Total Pantry maintenance and other arrangements.
