Administration & Facilities Manager,
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department (Cleaning, Repair & Maintenance, security, infrastructure, food & beverage, catering & all other support services) and staff members.Vendors Managements, Contracts and payments.
- Team handling and coordination,
- Office Facilities management and activities.
- Lifts, Fire Alarms, CCTV’s, RO, DG sets, fire extinguisher, UPS ,and other AMC’s .
- Building Civil works and other office maintenance works,
- Travel arrangements, ( Ground & Air ) and hotels booking pan India.
- Local govt Liaising works ( Police , GHMC,HMDA,TSSPDCL,HMWSSB and Labor dept )
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Office Asset Management across Multiple Locations
- Managing reimbursements, travel process, employee engagement & welfare activities,
- Petty cash maintenance & local purchase.
- Coordinating & managing office landlords, vendors, suppliers, electrical/water board & related authorities.
- Employees Cab’s roster preparation and operation monitoring.
- Employees transport arrangements and Cab’s Inspection and Drivers data checking.
- Front office monitoring and checking all activities.
- Handle requests & queries appropriately.
- Liaising with Labor Department and other Govt works,
- Mail room Couriers in ward outward operations,
- New Joined employee’s admin requirements formalities.
- Night shift female employees last drops Escorts providing and monitoring.
- TATA, Airtel Bills payment and lease line monitoring,
- Total Pantry maintenance and other arrangements.
