Seeking a responsible position in HR department, sharing my close to 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing, and employee engagement framework,along with interpersonal skills and an ability to work across cross functional departments to further the growth of the company

1. Recruitment : 
* Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.. 
* Short listing the resumes based on the desired skills ,experience and job requirement.
 *. Utilizing job portals to source potential candidates and build pipeline of qualified talent. 
* Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidates experience and qualifications. 
* Experience in Background Verification [BGV] and Salary negotiating with the selected candidates.
 * Preparing offer email, offer letter and job descriptions. 
2. Training & Development : 
* Coordinating with the management regarding the Training schedule. 
* Coordinated in Scheduling the Training Program & collecting the Feedback. 
* Designed, Implementation and coordination of the "Performance Appraisal System" 
3. HR Administration : 
* Preparing various letters like offer letter, experience letter, appointment letter, relieving letter.
 4. Employee Engagement : 
* Celebrations - Diwali, Ganpati Festival, and other company events
 * Coordinating and giving ideas for Fun Fridays. 
* Handling "Employee Grievances"
