In addition, enjoy and excel at diving into data to identify root causes, derive patterns, and determine long-term solutions that ensure superior customer experience.Deep understanding of QA automation workflows, CICD release pipelines, test environments across multiple products and release within an agile development framework Define and drive client’s IT Strategy and Digital Transformations for Applications / Data / Programs Strong client connections and relationships at CXO level, leveraging that to deliver profitable growth for both clients and the firm  Delivered major Business transformation programs Micro services Integration, Automation, ERP upgrades and migrations using Agile delivery  IT Infrastructure: Modernized, Evaluated, and streamlined core IT systems for multiple clients.
