  • Operations: Applied processes and standards thoughtfully, identifying the right amount of process and structure to achieve the correct outcome with the least overhead.
  • Influence: Influence team through data to guide roadmap priorities for which features to build, software design changes, and operational excellence improvements. Having technical and business understanding drives to achieve objectives of the project and helps team’s services.
  • Responsible to collaborate with Business, Sales, Operations and Product/Project teams across the company to define requirements, design high level process, and manage all aspects of the program/Product planning to execution - including writing business requirements, maintaining the project schedule, resolving, or mitigating issues and risks, and communicating results throughout the organization.
  • Global Business Savvy: Worked with client companies spanning multiple continents, requiring an ability to manage schedules and resources across time zones while adapting communication style for the diversity of cultures 
  • As a director who works well with end business Client IT Teams, teams/users, cross-functional teams of senior leaders, business managers, operations, and software development, has an extremely high level of customer focus and a passion for process improvement. In addition, enjoy and excel at diving into data to identify root causes, derive patterns, and determine long-term solutions that ensure superior customer experience.
  • Deep understanding of QA automation workflows, CICD release pipelines, test environments across multiple products and release within an agile development framework 
  • Define and drive client’s IT Strategy and Digital Transformations for Applications / Data / Programs 
  • Strong client connections and relationships at CXO level, leveraging that to deliver profitable growth for both clients and the firm  
  • Delivered major Business transformation programs Micro services Integration, Automation, ERP upgrades and migrations using Agile delivery  
  • IT Infrastructure: Modernized, Evaluated, and streamlined core IT systems for multiple clients. Retired obsolete apps, established scalable platforms supporting business growth and strengthened information security.  
  •  Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other Change/Kaizen initiatives as required
  • Metrics driven: Experience resolving effective program KPIs and using them to measure program success and issues to ensure the quality.
