• Setup the Atos KPO and Likewize Shared Services Center in Chennai
• Hired as the first employee in both Atos (for KPO) & Likewize SSC in Chennai

• Legal and Regulatory Compliances (Registration, FDI approvals, Labor laws etc)
• Compliances incl. Income Tax, RBI, SEZ, GST & Ministry of Corporate Affairs

  • Financial Reporting, Business Reporting, Mgt. Reporting & Controllership
  • End to end FP&A - Costing, Budgeting, Customer Service Organization, Global Delivery, Consulting, System Integration
• Scaled up other business offerings like IT (Delivery, Operations, Infrastructure, QA, Application support & PMO), Master Data Management, Internal Controls, Corporate Audit services, Treasury, HR Operations, VAT Accounting etc...
• Successfully completed 59 Transitions. (39 on-site, 16 remote & 4 reverse transitions)

• Piloted the Finance & Accounting processes in phased manner

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, and external partners.

Revenue

• Custodian of P&L - Responsible for Gross & Operating Margin, Ensure profitability & Growth.
• Cross-selling and Up-selling : Leveraged the Chennai center to bring in the Customer Support Services in Likewize
• In Atos, I transitioned the Financial Architect roles to Chennai (bids, due diligence, pricing etc.). They work very closely with the Sales / Field forces in the countries
