I am currently working as Director - Rakuten India , Leading the Data Engineering and Analytics team. Prior to this I was working as Vice President - Retail Analytics in Standard Chartered GBS, heading the CoE delivering  the Data infrastructure for Analytics and Modelling leveraging Big data technologies and delivering cutting edge analytics across Sales and Distribution, Digital Banking and Customer Experience. The overall team size is 70 with Data analysts and Data scientists, specialising in delivering key analytics and insights on Sales performance and productivity over different acquisition channels. In addition the team is involved in deploying Machine learning Propensity models driving cross-sell campaigns across various geographies. The team is also involved in sentiment analysis of the customer reviews as a part of the Customer Experience Analytics.  

I  have extensive experience in the Analytics and Data Science vertical in the Banking and Insurance industry with a career of over 15 years, spanning across major MNC banks viz. Standard Chartered , CitiGroup, Bank of America and One West Bank.

I am a certified Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning professional from S P Jain Institute of Mgmt and Research.  I completed my MBA from S P Jain Center of Management Dubai- Singapore in Information Technology. I am an engineer by graduation and did my specialization in Electronics and Communications.
