Sruthi Korlimarla

I Sruthi Korlimarla am a dynamic, purpose-driven educator and leader with over 12 years of multifaceted experience at the intersection of inclusive education, the performing arts, and people management. With a Master’s in Special and Inclusive Education (Autism) from University College London (UCL), I believe that I bring in a unique blend of academic rigour, creative energy, and deep empathy to every space I enter—be it a classroom, a school leadership team, or a stage.

As the founder of an inclusive dance-based education programme, I have reached more than 1500 students annually, designing and delivering creative curricula that accommodate a wide range of learning needs, including neurodiverse and autistic learners. Her ability to see each child’s potential—beyond labels or limitations—is matched by her commitment to practical solutions: differentiated instruction, collaborative IEP planning, and fostering strong relationships with parents and support staff

My leadership style is grounded in sincerity, care, and collaboration. I have successfully led teams, coached educators, and developed high-impact training experiences while maintaining deep personal connection with students. My background in corporate HR and event leadership further equips me with exceptional communication skills, logistical acumen, and the ability to engage communities at scale, whether through staff CPD or inclusive school events.

With every initiative I lead, my goal remains constant: to create environments where every learner feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

With over 12 years of diverse professional experience, I have led inclusive education initiatives, designed creative curriculums, and managed dynamic teams across educational and corporate settings. I completed my Master’s in Special and Inclusive Education (Autism Pathway) at University College London (UCL), Institute of Education, where I developed a deep understanding of inclusive practices, autism support strategies, and the British SEND Code of Practice. The programme equipped me with practical tools for designing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), leading SEN provision, and supporting neurodiverse learners through evidence-based approaches. My training also included international perspectives on inclusive education, preparing me to contribute effectively in diverse, global school settings.
