• Installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting and Administration of Windows XP, windows 7 Windows8.1 Windows 10 and Windows 11 in laptops and desktops.

Configuration and troubleshooting of Virtual Private Network client (Checkpoint)and System Network Issue

• Configuration and troubleshooting the admin rights, Remote desktop access to the users as per the request.
• Repairing and recovering data from systems that have a corrupted OS or hard disk.
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting various applications like MSSQL SERVER 2005,2008,2012, MYSQL, XAMPP, WAMP, VISUAL STUDIO 2008,2012,2015. MS OFFICE, SQLYog, JAVA, WAMP etc.
• Installing & configuring VMware and Virtual Box workstation, creating virtual machine and installing OS as per the requested.
• Logging calls with the respective vendors for hardware resource (LAPTOP AND SERVER) related problems, and keep tracking of the same.
• Updating IT Asset Records like Indent & Mrn, Stock MANAGEMENT, User Access MANAGEMENT, New Employee access requisition, Incident Management, Change Request Management, Service Call reports, System Acceptance for Laptop & desktop, Laptop Agreement etc. which are useful for ISMS Audit following the ITIL Process.
• Resolving System issues and software issue of Onsite-Engineers via remote connection.
• Working on Active directory create the user and configure the profile with required privileges. Performing regular backups and maintenance of user data.
• Document and report system and performance issues communicate effectively and may be creating a status report on a monthly basis
• Generated weekly and monthly outage reports and provided to senior management.
