Stuti Trivedi

Stuti is a Director with the Transfer Pricing practice of K C Mehta & Co LLP and has been with the firm for over 15 years including her articleship. After working in Statutory Audit & Business Advisory practice of the firm at Vadodara, Stuti moved to Ahmedabad in 2012 and was instrumental in setting up the Ahmedabad office of the firm. 

Played a pivotal role in KCM’s global transfer pricing practice and helps her clients including professional transfer pricing firms comply with transfer pricing requirements for their clientele. She has experience handling transfer pricing benchmarking and documentation compliances for India, US, Singapore, Canada, Philippines, Australia, Malaysia, Ireland, Poland, UK, Senegal, Mauritania, Kenya and Kuwait. She has rich experience in handling TP matters for her global clients at various stages of the TP lifecycle, including group transfer pricing policies & implementation, benchmark studies, preparation of Local Files, Master Files and Country-by-Country Reports.
