 Monitoring & supervising a team of 46 co-workers.
 Monitoring & preparing sustainable development plan for children.
 Arranging preventive & curative medical facility for children.
 Organized skill development and Vocational training for Children & youths
under SOS care resulting 100% settlement of youths with jobs.
 Organize sessions on child protection, resilience-building activities, social
skills and positive youth development activities with children of various age
groups and staffs resulting minimal violation of CPP issues.
 Monitoring petty cashbook & other financial registers of the 25 houses
under my role.
 Formation of Children clubs/ group and encourage them for advocacy of
rights of the children.
