I am very detail oriented person & I believe in delivering the results with perfection. At my work place and even in my school I always got appreciated for my projects & assignments for its clarity. I am smart and hard worker, quick learner and great team player. I keep myself calm and focused on multitasking

I also deeply believe that I can expose my skills and give my best to help the company grow. 

I have completed Master of philosophy in social work and I have the passion to give a helping hand to people who deserves it.

Currently I am performing the role of project coordinator with the designation Training Cum Monitoring Officer in Magic Bus India Foundation. My role is

• To conduct trainings, monitor and analyse program implementation on monthly basis and to give effective communication and reporting upward and down. 
• Analysed collected data, discuss and provide written feedback to teams 
• To keep themselves self updated on all developments in safety rules, regulations, child rights and protection and ensuring its integration in program

During my studies I had the privilege of interning with some of the NGO which are based in Chennai, India  which are as follows

1. Through NGO, called POSITIVE WOMEN NETWORK I have experience in working with  women living with HIV to give them emotional support and to help them getting their medicines from the Government

2. Through DONBOSCO SOCIAL SERVICE SOCIETY I worked with Women who are residents of one of the major slums of North Chennai (Pulianthope) to assist  people in securing  widow pensions or destitute pensions from the Tamil Nadu Government (our state government).  Also, I have gained experience working with  women who are illiterate to develop their skills in order to pursue small scale entrepreneurship.

and to educate them about the importance of health and hygiene during my internship period of three years.   

3. I also have experience in working with children and youth in the areas of  juvenile delinquency and children with cancer (CANKIDS).  

Giving the children emotional support, counselling them to be deserving citizens.

4. Through my current position, I have served as a liaison with various government stakeholders to help my organization to achieve one of its main targets of government partnership in order to reach many children.

During these years of training and learning I was able to develop my organization and communication skills and am still looking for ways to get better.

I have completed Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Philosophy (MPHIL) in Social Work specializing in Family and Child Welfare and Research.

These education draw me the understanding and striving to improve the lives of people in society, and also the willingness to listen to people's needs, from young children to people struggling with addictions, and help them to cope and improve their quality of life. This course has enabled me to understand how to make a positive impact in society and has made me aware of how quickly your circumstances in life can change.
