Subrata Chattopadhyay

Subrata Chattopadhyay currently working as PROFESSOR at the Dept of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Techical Teachers Training and Research, Kolkata. He served as a Deputy Manager [Projects & Maintenance] in Chemical and Manufacturing Industries in India. He introduced, a new Post Graduate Programme [M. Tech. in Mechatronics Engineering], first of its kind in Eastern India. He is highly involved in Teaching and Research and his present investigation is on Sensor and Transducer development, Process Automation, PLC and Distributed Control System, Mechatronics, Robotics etc. Presently, five scholars are working under him for the Ph. D. degree. He has around 100 papers in international and national journals and conference proceedings.
