Onboard Policy.
 Maintain a calendar for tentative new business. Inform and prepare all stakeholders accordingly
 Coordinate between clients/sales and Sample Processing Manager to ensure a timely and flawless
sampling process.
Assist the Training manager and Group manager in creation of training procedures and tutorials
after new business is successfully onboarded. Also ensure these are effectively implemented.
Maintain samples and on boarding related reports for reference purposes.
Coordination with Group Managers and prepare an effective workflow of order/files movement to be
done at every stage to ensure we have negligible or minimal wastage.
Coordinate with Process Manager when the existing processes are changed. Measure and record
effectiveness of the new workflow.
Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices.
