A seasoned HR professional with two decades of multi-industry experience in - service, consumer electronics, chemicals, pharma & food processing. I have extensively worked on HR transformation initiatives at national and global level in organizations with primary focus to support the business growth, expansion and capability building. 

I specialize in designing and implementing cutting-edge HR processes at strategic and operational level in all areas of HR including employee relations, talent management, rewards and building a high performance culture. 

I have been a champion of enabling digital transformation & organization effectiveness initiatives to maximize enterprise-wide performance. Lately, I have enhanced my skills at HR analytics to advise businesses on talent decisions and people enablement. Through-out my career, I have strived to build a culture where diversity - both gender and ideas - are accepted and empowered. I have been a member coach of DiverHersity group as well as part of India Diversity Council.

With experience in demergers and spin-offs, I have substantial experience in change management. I have always believed in institutionalization of processes by enhancing employee experience and simplifying systems which should be sustainable in the long run

I am currently with Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd - 2700Cr company with diverse businesses into Food Processing, Chemicals and Renewable Energy and handling end-to end HR responsibilities of over 4000+ manpower. Earlier, I have held global HR COE positions in Biocon and Jubilant Pharmova.

I am a double post graduate in Business administration and psychology. I also hold a certificate diploma in HRM from XLRI. Additionally, I have certifications in HR Analytics, Comp & Benefit, OD Practitioner and Assessment Centers. I am also certified on DISC Profiling.
