An Executive Coach, Certified Trainer, Facilitator, Mentor, Industry expert, Strategist and People Leader having Insightful years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Agriculture business in the areas of Sales, Commercial Excellence, Strategy and HR.

Currently responsible for building Commercial Capabilities for APAC region within Bayer Crop Science. My key result areas include developing capability roadmap and plan to reorient the commercial organization into a high Performance organization and work with global capabilities team to prioritize a list of competencies for multiple functions. Partner to develop and design appropriate interventions (including customization to country /cultural requirements) suitable to different levels and roles in the commercial organization and deploy through cluster / country/ functional organizations.
