* I have an 2.7 Yrs experience in International non voice Process with the client Capital one bank (UK).

* I Have an experience in Credit cards , Master cards, Insurance , Credit Cards Disputes , Visa Cards , Debit Cards .

* Diagnose the customer complaints and make decision as to reject / refund the claim and advise the processing team accordingly. 

* Decision making on the complaints by analyzing the customer credentials and arrive at a conclusion of either to refund the premium & sum assured or to reject the complaint. ( In PPI Team.) Spread Sheet, No PPI Team.)

* Handling the customer complaints about Payment Protection Insurance on credit cards. 

* Provide feedback to the team members on the errors made in the due course of the process and maintain the error logs. 

* Problem investigation and suggesting suitable resolution in the different queues with other vendor teams. 

* I have experience on Credit card dispute and Master card, consumer requests that their credit card company remove an incorrect or fraudulent charge from their bill.
