As my résumé dictates, I possess over 23 years of experience in senior level management, with expertise in Human Resource Management, Change Management , Organsaztion Culture, Compensation & Benefits Greenfield Setups, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Operate Multi Unions with multi location in terms of Internal and External unions, Rich experience on LTS signed the agreement independently , SDP, IDP,  Social Security compliances as per local countries Learning & Development and Multi Unit Operations for top automotive and engineering companies. Considering my background, with a high-level confidence from my committed career in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Africa, China, Australia, Honking, Dubai and India. These qualifications are further heightened by my achievements and/or contributions in the field. Selected accomplishments are as follows:

• Multi Location & Greenfield Expertise: Motivated and supported a cross functional team of over 3000 employees while successfully setting up four multi-location multi plant setups at Amtek as well as other organizations including Hengtong,Valeo , DeCon,Bright and Delphi .
• Industrial Relations: Fostered a unified culture and increased employee engagement through innovative and Employee Engagement initiatives including Helpdesk setups, Shopflooor Meeting, Suggestion Schemes, Employee picnics, get togethers, new awards and rewards including Star of the Month Award, Kaizen Champion, Best Suggestion, Attendance Award, My Machine Champion, Well Pola-Yoke drastically reducing IR issues from 20%-3%
• Employee Engagement: Implemented Mentoring- My Boss, My Friend Connect Concept to address the employee satisfaction levels at workplace, improving it from 30-90% with improved communication between employee and his immediate superior and also resulted in increase in employee productivity by 10%. at Valeo
• Performance Management: Evaluated and restructured a new transparent performance management system from 45 degree to 180 degrees and 360 degree, introduced half-yearly and yearly appraisals and structured compensation structure as per employee designation and potential performance that increased overall employee motivation & productivity from 70-95%, upskilled staff from 60-90%.
• Learning & Development: Consolidated/centralized the global learning function across APAC by introducing E-Learning Concept for L&D function; achieved a cost reduction of approx. 1 Crore INR and substantial increase in employee productivity levels at Hengtong.
• Union Grievances: Negotiated and signed 9 long-term wage agreements with Unions at Amtek, Valeo, DeCon, Bright and Hengtong Group.
• Leadership Awards : Winner of several noted national and international awards including “100 Top HR Minds India” 2017-2018, HR Leadership Award” at 4th Employer Branding Awards 2015-2016, Emerging HRD Thinker’s Award 2007” “Most Knowledgeable and Networked HR Professional” at NCR HR Mega Conclave

• Program Leadership (25%): -
o Managed all HR aspects of Operational Improvement Program ("OIP") locally, including project planning, execution, quality and budget.
o Successfully leadership and functional expertise for HR elements of the (OIP), including thought leadership on transfer of processes and work, and resulting and people impacts
• Leadership & Capability Development (25%): -
o Successfully vision and leadership to the company India HR team, ensuring alignment with top down group and local objectives and deliverable, identification and support of developmental objectives and activities, and providing coaching and support to build world class capability in the team
• Governance & Risk Management (10%): -
Succeed compliance with all Security, Safety, Health & Environment and regulatory requirements as detailed in the Company’s Policies that it offers.
