At IREL (India) Limited, I led occupational health programs in a high-risk radioactive industry, covering comprehensive medical assessments, workplace injury management, and emergency preparedness for radiological and fire hazards. I have also served as Medical Lead at Cochin International Airport, overseeing emergency response for international passengers and staff, and held key roles in the National Health Mission and Department of Health Services, Government of Kerala, where I was actively engaged in pandemic response and public health programs. As Occupational Health Lead at IREL (India) Limited, a Government of India enterprise dealing with radioactive substances, I directed comprehensive occupational health programs, including pre-employment and periodic health assessments, workplace illness and injury management, and emergency preparedness for radiological and industrial hazards. I also spearheaded health promotion initiatives and ensured compliance with stringent regulatory frameworks.

In the private and multinational domain, I served as Medical Lead at Cochin International Airport, coordinating emergency response and multi-agency medical operations for a diverse international population. Earlier, as part of the National Health Mission and Kerala State Health Services, I managed large-scale public health challenges, including critical frontline roles during the COVID-19 pandemic.
