My achievements include:
• Content Strategy & Brand Solutions: As Head of Brand Solutions at NEWJ, I led a team of 25 members across production, post-production, creative writers, and brand strategist-manager roles. I seeded the idea of the department & put together a team of brand managers, strategists & creative producers with whom I took the business revenue from 4Cr in 2021-22 to 21Cr in 2023-24. I successfully revamped content strategy for the news editorial business with data-backed research, resulting in a 44% growth in average monthly streaming revenue within three business quarters.
• Digital & Social Media Marketing: As Content Manager at Google Play Music & Amazon Prime Music, I conceptualised and executed several programmed playlist series. For instance at amazon Prime Music, I managed to increase international music listenership growth by 3.62% from 605,000 MAUs in April 2019 to 2,175,254 MAUs in September 2021.
• Creative Strategy & ROI Effectiveness: As Senior Producer at Disney+ Hotstar & Head of Content Programming & Operations at MX Player, I developed and executed the programming & content ingestion strategy for the OTT brands while focusing on increasing brand awareness & app downloads extending to user engagement on the platform post installs.
