Experience

Coordination with planner/plant & transporter for vehicle placement & dispatch.

Handling of physical stock of materials against each consignments received / issued /

balance book stock and reconcile it once in a month.

Taking care of vehicle loading/offloading with tagging & proper stickering of all incoming &

outgoing material.

Making invoice & waybill of all outward materials.

Ensuring that all pods are received by 10 days maximum from date of dispatch.

Making MRN of all incoming material.

Coordination with a/c team for a/c related query.

MIS reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
